This is a 3 MONTH PROGRAM where I work with you on a personal level to create an individualised movement and wellness program based on your personal needs and lifestyle.

It is a safe and supportive space where we can work together to bring more MOVEMENT and nurturing WHOLENESS into your body and ultimately your life.

It is through SELF-LOVE that we create the lasting changes we desire.

We will look more deeply into the health and wellness of your MIND, BODY and SOUL and create sustainable, realistic and achievable changes to your LIFESTYLE
