Dips

Great picnic snack or to put in lunch boxes. 
Serve with carrot, cucumber and celery sticks
You need a high powered blender


Guacamole
2 ripe avocados
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Salt & Pepper

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth

Sundried tomato
1 cup sundried tomatoes
1 cup raw unsalted cashews
1/2 red capsicum
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Salt and pepper

Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse for desired consistency

Beetroot Dip (Mermaid food) 
2 x cooked beetroots
1/8 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper to taste

Place all ingredients in a blender and pulse for desired consistency
