Kale Pesto

This is great to have in the fridge for a quick pasta dinner, it's yummy on a sandwich/wrap and in a salad. 

What you need:
Blender

Ingredients:
Bunch of kale 
2 garlic cloves
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup nutritional yeast or grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup almonds
1/4 cup vinegar
Salt and pepper

Method:
Steam the kale for 3 mins
Allow to cool and squeeze all the water out
Place all ingredients in the blender and pulse to desired consistency

Hummus
What you need:
Blender

Ingredients:
1 tin chick peas
1 tin butter beans
2 lemons
1/2 cup tahini
1/4 cup olive oil
1 garlic clove
1 tsp cumin
Salt and pepper

Method:
Place all ingredients in the blender and pulse until smooth
