Kale Chips

This is a great afternoon snack or to accompany a meal.
I often serve it with soup and crusty bread or fried eggs, toast and kale chips is another easy favourite meal in our house. 

Ingredients:
Bunch of kale
Grated parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast 
Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper

Method:
Wash the kale in vinegar 
Pull the leaves off the stems
Place a single layer of leaves on a large oven tray
Cover with olive oil and use your fingers to rub into the leaves
Cover with parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast
Salt and pepper a desired
Place under the grill in the over
Turn regularly until crispy
Serve hot
