Buddha Bowl

This is our leftover night dinner when I want to use up all the food in the fridge. 

Base:
Rice or Quinoa

Topping:
Steam veg (Beans or Broccoli)
Grilled Veg leftovers from BBQ
Roasted chic peas
Sauerkraut
Avocado

I place all the toppings on the table with tongs and tell my kids they have to choose 3 out of the 5 toppings on offer. They are happy as they are getting a choice and enjoy dishing up their own meal with tongs!
