Magic Bean Cake

Ingredients

800g black beans
6 eggs
¾ cup coconut sugar
5 tbsp raw cacao powder
¼ cup cocoa butter, butter or coconut oil (melted)
Pinch of salt
½ cup crushed macadamia nuts


Directions

Preheat oven to 180°C

In a food processor, add eggs and coconut sugar. Beat until mixture has doubled in volume

Add beans, salt, cocoa powder and butter/oil. Blend until combined

Pour into a brownie tray lined with baking paper. Sprinkle the top with macadamias and salt

Place in the oven and bake for 35-40 minutes, you want them to still to be moist and gooey!
