Personal Movement Program

I will create you a weekly movement program that includes 15 - 20 minute Pilates Videos, quick Stretch and Release Exercises and other exercise options to suit your lifestyle and personal body needs. 

This is a great option if you:
- Want to work out in your own time
-Want to workout at home
- Would like easy to follow exercises 
- Would like a program to help you stick to a routine
- Have specific body needs
- Weekly accountability

Cost: $55 per program

I recommend committing to this program for a minimum of 3 weeks. This will allow your body to get used to the new exercise regime and feel the amazing benefits thereof.
