Raw Chocolate

This is a great healthy chocolate alternative. It is made with Cacao which is high in protein, antioxidants and mood boosting properties. 

Ingredients:
1 cup chopped cacao butter or coconut oil
1/2 cup raw cacao powder
4 tbsp honey or rice malt syrup 
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/8 tsp salt

Method:
Melt cacao butter or coconut oil in a saucepan over a low heat
Add other ingredients, stir on a low heat until melted and combined
Pour into moulds or a lined tray
Place in the freezer to set

Add nuts, berries and coconut if you desire
1 drop of Orange and Peppermint Oils are also great
