Smoothie Bowl

This is my treat dinner, the kids think they have scored a winner dinner and I am secretly smiling as it has ticked all the goodness boxes! 

You need a high powered blender

Ingredients:

Frozen banana is the base (1 & 1/2 per person) 
Handful spinach
1/2 avocado
1 tbsp coconut oil
Handful of nuts
Scoop of seeds
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp cacao powder
Method:
Place all ingredients into the blender
Blend until smooth
Serve in a bowl
Sprinkle with frozen berries, crushed nuts and coconut
