Smoothies

This is a great mid morning or afternoon snack.

What you need:
A high powered blender
Buy extra fruit when you are at the market to freeze so you always have available
Liquid can be milk, dairy free milk substitutes, coconut water or coconut cream for something a bit more indulgent

Chocolate:
1 frozen banana
1 tbsp Cacao
1 tbsp honey
1 cup liquid
Place all ingredients and blend until smooth

Berry:
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen berries
1 tbsp honey
1 cup liquid
Place all ingredients and blend until smooth

Monster Green: 
1 frozen banana
1 cup of spinach
1 tbsp honey
1 cup liquid
Place all ingredients and blend until smooth

Pineapple:
Frozen banana
Frozen pineapple
1 tbsp honey
1 cup liquid
Place all ingredients and blend until smooth
